Returns and Warranty Policy

WARRANTY:

Sheik Parts Corp warrants all products sold to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months or the expressed manufacturer’s warranty, whichever is greater. The warranty period commences on the date the product is delivered to the final consumer.

Sheik Parts Corp warrants that we will replace free of charge or issue credit at our own discretion any product which, under normal condition of use and service, proves to be defective in material or workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any labor cost for removal or damage resulting from delay or loss of use in service or repair for incidental or consequential damages arising out of breach of the warranty even though caused by negligence or other fault. 

Excluded from our warranty are failures caused by misuse, negligence, modification, abuse, improper diagnosis, application, installation, operation or vehicle condition. Claims under this warranty must be submitted by indicating the number of the invoice with which the part has been supplied by us, a copy of the repair order showing when the part was first installed, as well as the copy of the warranty repair order.

Some brands/ parts may require to be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection. Examples are:

  • Turbo Chargers
  • Air Suspension Components
  • A/C Compressors
  • Intake Manifolds
  • Valve Covers
  • Steering Racks
  • Throttle Body

Please allow up to 3 weeks for the manufacture return process to be completed before credit is issued.

RETURNS:

Sheik Parts Corp will accept authorized returns on saleable merchandise purchased from us within the last 30 days. Authorization can be obtained by contacting your sales associate and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  

The following merchandise is not acceptable for return:

  • Electrical / electronic parts.
  • Special Order Parts ( imports)
  • TRP parts
  • Fuel system parts
  • Wear and Tear Items
  • Items purchased on a special closeout.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, fire or weather
  • Items installed on the vehicle, unless directly related to Sheik Parts Copr error.
  • Items not authorized on the original RMA.

PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA):

  • RMAs can be obtained by contacting your sales associate. 
  • An RMA must be obtained prior to the return of any merchandise. 
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
